To provide a seamless experience in remote areas, our application utilizes IndexedDB and Local Storage. This allows us to "mirror" the question bank and your performance scores directly onto your device.

• Local Mirroring: We store your test results locally to ensure you can track your "Readiness DNA" even without an internet connection.
• Cloud Sync: When you are online, this data is synchronized with Google Firebase Firestore to keep your progress consistent across multiple devices.

3. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, and professional level (e.g., NQF2 or NQF4).
• Performance Data: Individual test results, time-per-question, and category mastery scores.
• Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage your login credentials.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your performance data is used exclusively to generate your personalized study plans and readiness reports.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your data at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated performance history through the "Profile" section of the app.
